If you are a national of a country that is a member of the United States Visa Waiver Program (VWP) then you do not need to apply for a visa to attend the symposium. If you are a national of any other country, however, you need to apply for a visa. You should do this as soon as possible as there is often a significant wait to receive a visitor visa.

Visa Letter Information

We can issue you a visa letter if you need to apply for an american visa for the purpose of the conference attendance. Please note that a visa letter can only be issued after you complete the conference registration with making a payment.
